I’ve spent the past several months stepping back from public spaces—tending to life, to grief, and to the quiet work of healing.

But poetry is meant to be shared, and I know I’ll find my way back into rooms and spaces that are filled with listening hearts.

Whether it’s an open mic, a collaberation, anthology, or a gathering I haven’t yet imagined—this is where I’ll share where my words are taking me next.

This page also highlights the places my writing has been shared beyond my own collections—through literary journals, magazines, anthologies, and readings, as well as moments of connection along the way.

If you’d like to invite me to speak, read, or collaborate, feel free to reach out.

An Afternoon of Poetry & Connection

Saturday June 20, 2026

Park Road Books
Charlotte, NC
2:00-3:30 PM

On Saturday June 20th,  I’ll be gathering with readers, listeners, and fellow lovers of words for my first local book signing at Park Road Books in Charlotte, North Carolina.

After years of writing quietly in journals and hidden folders, seeing these collections held in people’s hands still feels surreal in the gentlest way.

I’ll be sharing and signing copies of 'Where the Wildflowers Grow' — a poetry collection rooted in hope, healing, faith, resilience, and the quiet beauty that survives.

More than anything, I hope this will be a space for connection:

a table filled with stories, soft conversations, and reminders that none of us carry our lives alone.

Open Mic Night

Friday June 26, 2026

Charlotte Writers Club

Mugs Coffee | Charlotte, NC

6;45-9:00 PM

On Friday June 26th, I will be stepping up to the mic and sharing my voice at Mugs Coffee. The theme for June is  “Was the Journey Worth It?”

After spending time quietly tending to grief, healing, and reflection, this feels like a meaningful step back into shared creative spaces and listening hearts.

I’m looking forward to an evening of poetry, honesty, connection, and whatever words may arrive along the way.
